Brought to us by a cherished, long-time client, the Rutile Residence was a dual-phase project designed to elevate day-to-day living while expanding the home's footprint for effortless entertaining. The brief was two-fold: completely revitalize the primary spaces of the main house and construct a brand-new, multi-functional pool house and guest retreat from the ground up.

Tailored Serenity: Bedrooms & Bathrooms Redefined

In the main house, our focus was on creating luxurious, private sanctuaries through meticulous space planning and high-end finishes.

• The Primary Oasis: We completely reconfigured the architectural layout of the primary bathroom to deliver an immediate "wow" factor upon entry, positioning a stunning, freestanding soaking tub as the central masterpiece.

• The Primary Bedroom: To maximize comfort and convenience, we integrated a custom dry bar and curated a palette of tranquil, sophisticated furnishings, transforming the space into a peaceful resort-style escape.

• The Moody Guest Suite: A former son's bedroom was reimagined into an inviting, deeply atmospheric guest oasis. By embracing a rich, moody color palette and layers of luxurious textiles, we created a space that feels deeply intentional and comforting for visitors.

Dual-Purpose Luxury: The Ultimate Entertainment & Guest Retreat

The newly constructed pool house was engineered to seamlessly pivot between an active entertaining hub and a private, turn-key guest house.

While the family is enjoying the pool, the space functions as a high-end lounge, complete with plush, durable seating and a fully equipped custom bar for serving refreshments. When guests arrive, the living area effortlessly converts into a premium guest suite via a high-end pull-out sofa. Every detail was curated to ensure the transition is seamless, offering visitors absolute privacy without sacrificing style or functionality.
